Internet connected computer program with live video feed, dimensions variable
Throughout the exhibition, A live webcam feed broadcasts the conservation process of a Robert Indiana LOVE sculpture from the artist's family-run art fabrication studio, multiplied 5 times in a cross composition typical of Indiana's work. Versteeg references LOVE and his fathers career as a fabricator as a seminal influence on his creative aspirations. The sculpture’s conservation poses a unique opportunity for the expression of Versteeg's newly-led dual life as an artist and attendant to legacy.
